Oakmont Real Estate Management, LLC and its affiliate Oakmont Investment Properties, LLC were formed in 2011. The Managing Member of the entity has nearly 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate business and has recently built and managed a similar company that acquired and managed a portfolio of five (5) properties totaling 852 units. Since May, 2011, Oakmont Real Estate Management and its affiliate, Oakmont Investment Properties, LLC has acquired five (5) properties totaling 807 units. All of those projects continue to provide significant returns to the investors.
