Income Generation

The Management Team, in coordination with on-site management, will seek to maximize the potential income from each asset by employing the following techniques:

  • Monitoring the current market conditions to lease each unit at the maximum monthly rental rate.

  • Keeping rent concessions and discounts to a minimum whenever possible.

  • Advertising in strategic and impactful ways using all forms of print media and electronic social media.

  • Focusing on monthly collection of ALL rental amounts due beginning on the 5th day of each month.

  • Maximizing additional revenue opportunities such as miscellaneous or short-term leasing fees, parking fees, utility re-capture, laundry revenue, space rentals for special events and vendor partnership fees.

  • Providing Collection Bonus Incentives to all on-site leasing personnel when monthly revenue projections are exceeded.
